New Construction, Asset Repositioning, Adaptive Reuse, Renovations.
Truly successful architectural design is both form and function. We work with our clients to satisfy their end goal – to design a building that attracts and supports its inhabitants. Whether it’s a commercial office renovation or a new construction residential property, the building must attract and retain tenants. We know the power of enticing tenants, and first impressions are everything. We work with our clients from Phase One to imagine the possibilities and make them come to life in 3D, long before a structure is built.

When a client comes to us, they are looking for ways to grow and adapt, define their corporate image, cut costs, and improve efficiency. Our designs focus on the type of atmosphere and culture needed to attract and retain top notch employees and the trends that impact operational efficiency and the bottom line.
As a combined effort between our design and marketing teams, Meyer creates branding strategies that elevate their positions among their competitors. Our ability to help clients build their brand ranges from the use of signage and wayfinding in the workplace to the development of logos, presentation materials and marketing collateral. This expertise is built upon 55 years of combined experience among our branding team including a marketing strategist, graphic designer and interior designer.
Meyer understands that viewing only technical documents and samples can be difficult to realize and imagine your project as a finished product. For that reason, we employ the latest technologies to service the visualization needs of our clients. Once a design has been conceptualized, our 3D modelers make fully rendered still images, video animations, and virtual reality tours of your space. This deliverable not only exemplifies your design as a finished product but also serves as outstanding marketing material for prospective tenants, planning committees, investors, or employees.
