I was attracted to JLL's training program and their commitment to each individual broker's success. What transaction have you enjoyed working on the most and why? Aberdeen Asset Management. It was a great deal for the client with job growth incentives, low interest loans, and a competitive market transaction. It was demanding but rewarding. What's the latest trend you've noticed in the Philadelphia area Real Estate Market? Companies taking a few months to figure out the economy. A lot of renewals and fewer moves involving high fit-out costs. What are some of your favorite activities outside of your career? Anything sports
related and spending time at the beach with my fiancée and family.
