330 Fellowship Road in Mount Laurel, NJ (103,250 SF) both have several
sustainable design features including expansive daylight views, low
flow water fixtures, and water-efficient landscaping. Meyer
Design, Inc. also incorporated low VOC emission paints and carpets,
recycled materials, regional materials when possible, and several other
